ListReady helps you turn a few photos into a listing package you can post fast. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, who helps us run the service, and what choices you have.

No ad pixels
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on ListReady.

Who this applies to
This policy applies to the ListReady website and web app at listready.shop, including the Marketplace tool, preview page, checkout flow, results page, and email delivery flow.
What we collect
- Listing details: the item name, condition, asking price, optional notes, and other information you enter so we can generate your listing.
- Photos you upload: original item photos, watermarked previews, and final cleaned photos.
- Contact details: your email address when you unlock a listing or ask us to resend your access link.
- Purchase details: Stripe checkout session IDs, payment status, amount paid, and purchase timestamps. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Access and security data: time-limited preview and access tokens plus basic request data such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
How we use your information
- To create your preview, final photos, title, and description.
- To take payment and unlock the paid results page.
- To email your finished package and resend links when requested.
- To rate-limit abusive traffic, secure the app, and investigate failures.
We do not sell your photos. We do not use your uploads for targeted advertising. We do not run third-party ad tracking on the site.
How AI processing works
ListReady sends uploaded photos and basic item context to OpenAI to clean up the background while preserving the item. Listing details you enter are also sent to OpenAI to write the title and description. We do not send payment card details to OpenAI.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe processes your payment information under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We receive limited payment metadata needed to confirm your purchase, link it to your listing, and provide access.
Storage and retention
We store listing records and uploaded or generated files in private cloud storage so the product works. Preview links are intended to work for 7 days from listing creation. Paid access links are intended to work for 30 days from checkout creation.
Today, those time limits control access to the app. They are not a promise that every related record or file is automatically deleted the moment access expires. We may retain data longer when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, backups, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, or enforcing our terms. If you want a listing deleted earlier, email us and we will review the request.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate ListReady.
Hosted checkout and payment processing.
Database and private file storage for listing records and photos.
Transactional email delivery for your receipt and listing link.
Image cleanup and listing copy generation from your uploaded photos and listing details.
Hosting and app infrastructure.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete a listing or correct your contact information, subject to legal and operational limits.
- You can avoid storing a long-term copy with us by keeping the delivered email and downloaded files on your own devices.
Children's privacy
ListReady is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page.
