Service

ListReady is a pay-per-use web app that helps you generate cleaned listing photos plus draft listing copy for marketplace posts. We may change, suspend, or improve the service at any time.

Your account and access

ListReady does not require a traditional account. Access is provided through time-limited links tied to your listing. You are responsible for keeping those links private. Anyone with the link may be able to view the related listing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You give us a limited license to host, process, modify, and deliver that content solely to operate ListReady for you.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload the photos and content you submit, and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights or the law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ListReady to upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not try to break, probe, overload, or bypass our rate limits or access controls.
• Do not use the service to create misleading listings for goods you do not have the right to sell.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. All sales are final and ListReady does not issue refunds. The preview page lets you see real output before you pay.

If we charge you and fail to deliver the purchased listing package, contact us at hello@listready.shop from the email you used at checkout and we will look into it. Our remedy in these cases is re-running delivery so you receive the photos, title, and description you paid for, not a monetary refund.

AI output and availability

ListReady uses automated systems to process photos and generate text. Results may vary, and you are responsible for reviewing the final output before you post it anywhere. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing access to the service if you misuse it, violate these terms, or create risk for us or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
